Due to the limited accessibility of dental services and closures of many dental providers during the COVID-19 pandemic, United Concordia is providing a one-month premium refund to eligible faculty and staff enrolled in any of the University-sponsored dental plans. 

This refund will appear on your June 2020 pay statement under the term “Wellness Reward.” The refund will be for the total premium cost for one month, based on the plan in which the employee is enrolled, and will be considered as taxable income.
