• Starting July 15, 2020, only 2020 annual disclosures submitted through 我的Disclosures will be acceptable and valid for grant submissions.
• DO NOT submit your annual disclosure in 我的Disclosures until you receive an email from 我的Disclosures (在) pitt.edu (我的) with a link to your form instructing you that it is time to do so.
• If you completed a 2020 COI disclosure form in the COI SuperForm system, you must complete a new form in 我的Disclosures. （将COI SuperForm系统中的信息导入新系统九游会论坛是不可行的。）
